A man took his brother to a doctor.

“Doctor ! My brother complaints of feeling sleepy when he gets into the bus. Can you do something?”

Doctor with a sarcasm, ” Dont say all these are a complaint; If he feels sleepy, let him happily sleep during the bus journey.”

The man shockingly replied,” Doctor, what will be the fate of passenger if the bus driver feels sleepy? My brother is a bus driver”

ECOLOGY. This word plays an important part in all NLP interventions.
All actions have consequence beyond their specific context. Ecology is a concern for overall system.
NLP advises you to make an ecology check  whenever you bring in change;
An ecology check is done to ensure that the change you bring in does good to even those around you and does not give room for your benefit alone at the cost of others around you and also personally for you a short term gain does not become a long term problem.
Ecology is important for organizations too. A big leap in sales may result in smooth sail in the coming months.
Over enthusiasm become counter productive.
